This is how it works...
When Bodyshops have staff on holiday, or resign, output drops. This is a problem.
When Freelancers run out of work, or have to focus on work acquisition, this is also a problem.
At Flex, we gather Bodyshops and Freelancers into one place.
Whenever Bodyshops need holiday cover, or resignation cover, they can request a booking. We then offer that booking to our Freelancers, keeping them working and earning.
